What if you don’t get your payment on time?
The WINZ sends the New Zealand Superannuation payment on time without any delay, and it is received within a few hours. If you are a retiree, note that your payment will come through the direct deposit in your bank within a few hours after the release of the payout.
If you don’t get your NZ Super payment within a few hours after the release of the payment, wait for up to 3 days, because it may have happened due to technical error. Even after waiting for 72 hours, if you don’t get it, you are required to get in touch with WINZ to know the reason.
If there will be any problem from their side, they will resolve it shortly, and you will have received your payment. In case of any problem with your eligibility to get this benefit, you may have to provide required documents, and then your payment will be processed, and it will be received timely after that.
