How much will be received?

What after the claim form submission?
The due date for the claim form submission was October 27, 2025; it has already passed. Now, the next big step is final approval; the hearing for the same is all set to take place on December 2, 2025; on this date, the court will decide if the settlement is fair, reasonable, and adequate for class members.
On the day of the final approval hearing, the court will also list the objections from the class members and make a decision for modifications. The court will also make a decision on attorneys’ fees and costs. If everything is okay, the court will approve it and give a motion for the payment distribution.
When to expect the payout?
The payout for the settlement will be distributed after the final approval. Note that if any settlement gets approved by the court within any appeals, it takes hardly 90 days to receive the payment. In the case of the appeals, the payments are often delayed by months.
